Why partner

More confident buyers bid more, and bid better.

The Bidq channel proposition is commercial, not technical. Embedding a solicitor-reviewed pre-bid review changes how your buyers behave at the moment of decision — without changing how your team operates.

Buyers act faster

Bidders who understand the pack earlier engage sooner and bid more decisively.

Higher-quality bidding

Pre-bid clarity reduces drop-off and shrinks the gap between guide and hammer.

Stronger completion confidence

Buyers who see the legal position pre-bid are more likely to complete knowingly.

Reduced legal-pack hesitation

Removes the "I’m not a solicitor" friction that delays decisions.

Premium differentiation

A co-branded support layer signals a modern, investor-focused proposition.

Improved buyer experience

A polished, optional service that strengthens the buyer journey end-to-end.

How it works

Embed once. Bidq runs the rest.

The auction house, agency or portal is operationally hands-off — by design. Buyers transact directly with Bidq.

  1. 01

    Embed a co-branded link

On lot pages, in buyer comms, or in your bidder portal. We supply the assets — branded for both sides.

  2. 02

    Buyer self-orders

Click-through opens a co-branded order form. Buyer chooses Standard or 24-Hour, uploads the pack, pays directly.

  3. 03

    Bidq delivers the report

The Bidq solicitor review team reviews, drafts and delivers a structured Pre-Bid Legal Risk Report straight to the buyer.

  4. 04

    You stay hands-off

No intake, no advisory exposure, no support burden. Bidq owns delivery, customer comms and any follow-on services.

No order handling
You never order on behalf of buyers.
No document upload
Buyers upload directly to Bidq.
No report delivery
Reports go straight from us to the buyer.
No customer support
We handle queries end to end.
Branding

Co-branded by default. White-label by request.

Most partners run the proposition co-branded — your name in the lead, powered by Bidq. For strategic partners we’ll consider a fully white-labelled deployment inside your portal.

The partner offer

Two products. One framework. Deliberately tight.

The partner-facing offer is intentionally narrow — Standard and 24-Hour Pre-Bid Legal Risk Reports. Supplements and calls are sold by Bidq directly, after the buyer enters our funnel.

Partner offer
Standard Pre-Bid Legal Risk Report
£595
+ VAT · 48 working hours

Solicitor-reviewed pre-acquisition diligence on the full pack. Title, contract, leases, searches, planning, special conditions.

Partner offer
24-Hour Pre-Bid Legal Risk Report
£895
+ VAT · Within 24 hours

Same depth, prioritised through the solicitor team for buyers working against a lot date or off-market deadline.

Commercial model

Fixed fee per converted order.

The default partner economics is a fixed referral fee per paid report, easy to administer and reconcile. For strategically important partners, alternative arrangements — including account-level commercials at sufficient volume — can be discussed.

Referral economics support the deal — they don’t define it. The proposition is sold first on buyer confidence, conversion, and journey quality.

Why Bidq

Built specifically for the channel.

Most pre-acquisition legal alternatives are bespoke retainers or generic AI summaries. Bidq sits between — productised, solicitor-reviewed, and channel-ready.

Partner FAQ

The questions partners ask first.

Do we need to integrate anything technical?
No. The minimum viable embed is a co-branded link on your lot pages or buyer comms. Deeper integrations are available for portals and bidder platforms but are never a precondition.
Who owns the customer relationship?
You introduce. Bidq operates. The buyer transacts directly with Bidq for that report. Bidq markets follow-on services (supplements, review calls) directly — these aren’t in scope for the partner offer.
What does a buyer actually receive?
A structured Pre-Bid Legal Risk Report covering title, contract, special conditions, leases, searches, planning, missing information and questions to put to the seller. Reviewed by an SRA-regulated solicitor before delivery.
What turnaround can our buyers rely on?
Standard: 48 working hours from a complete pack. 24-Hour: within 24 hours of confirmed payment. Average across both products is currently 28 hours. The 24-Hour SLA carries a refund-on-miss commitment.
Are we exposed to any advisory liability?
No. The report is delivered directly to the buyer and is framed as independent pre-acquisition diligence. Disclaimers are clear. The partner is named as an introducer, not an advisor.
How do referral economics work?
Default is a fixed fee per paid report. We can discuss account-level commercial arrangements at sufficient volume, or a no-fee strategic arrangement where brand and lead value justify it.
Can we run a soft pilot first?
Yes — co-branded distribution can begin with a single lot cycle, a single channel, or a soft launch on selected materials before wider placement.
Can we see a sample report on one of our own lots?
Yes. Sample-led outreach is part of how we build partnerships. Get in touch and we’ll prepare a redacted sample report on a lot of your choice.
